Our Waste Operations team is to roll out an upgraded cloud-based Online Waste Levy System (OWLS 2.0) on 21 September 2020.
As part of the process, user feedback has been obtained from selected OWLS users through OWLS 2.0 preview sessions.
OWLS 2.0 is replacing the current OWLS application, first commissioned in 2009. It will provide stable, easy-to-use like-for-like waste levy functionality.
