Resource Management Act forms
These forms are prescribed by the Resource Management (Forms, Fees and Procedure) Regulations 2003 and came into effect on 1 August 2003. To view the Forms, please refer to Schedule 1 of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees and Procedure) Regulations 2003 (available on the New Zealand Legislation website) – this provides the required content of the forms in both HTML and PDF formats.
When using the forms you may:
- Draft your own - as long as it has only minor differences and has the same effect so it is not invalid
- Contact your council to see if it has a form you should use.
Increases in fees applicable to the Resource Management (Forms, Fees and Procedure) Regulations 2003 have been made as a result of the increase in GST from 12.5 percent to 15 percent. The increases in fees are listed in the notice, Fees and charges to increase with GST.
