Section 42A Report
This report was commissioned by the Board of Inquiry under section 42A of the Resource Management Act and includes:
- A review of the relevant plans and other statutory information related to the application;
- A review of the application and submissions and identification of any issues;
- An assessment of the adequacy of information and whether any further information should be sought on a matter and/or any gaps in the information.
