Parties present: Doug Parker, Keith Phyn, John Rennie, Sally Peake, Sisira Jayasinghe, Catherine Burton.

Notes: Catherine Burton points out their 50-acre farm and the existing Otahuhu-Whakamaru C line, and to where the proposed line would run. Alan Line also points out where the proposed line would run, approximately 2.2 kilometres from where the parties stood.
