Notes: Dennis Bellamy shows picture of existing outlook, then a photomontage of the proposal. Stephen McAdams points out the ARI-PAK line on the horizon, which is built on Taharoa Pa site, and shows where Tower 233 would be constructed on the westerly side to keep off the Pa site. He points out a property, which has a QEII Covenant, and shows where the line will follow, and where proposed Tower 237 would be, close to the existing tower.
