Property Rights in Water Quality: A Review of Stakeholders' Understanding and Behaviour

A study commissioned as part of the Water Programme of Action. The study discusses rights associated with land use and impacts of diffuse discharges on water quality. The study includes a series of interviews, and discussions with focus groups.
