This is the report and recommendation of the special tribunal appointed under section 202 of the Resource Management Act to consider Fish and Game's application for a water conservation order on the Oreti River.
The report and recommendation has been sent to the Minister for the Environment, the relevant local authorities and iwi authorities and all persons who made submission. The applicant and any person who made a submission can lodge a submission on the report with the Environment Court within 15 working days of receiving the report.
