Waste Facilities Survey - Methodology and Summary of Results

The Ministry for the Environment commissioned SKM to conduct a national survey of solid waste disposal sites, organic waste processing facilities, and used tyre management practices. The objective was to generate a picture of the number, location and details of non-municipal solid waste disposal sites (cleanfills) and organic waste processing facilities in New Zealand. This report summarises the results of the survey.
