Landfill Full Cost Accounting Guide for New Zealand
The Landfill Full Cost Accounting Guide will assist decision-makers
to implement a consistent full cost accounting approach to landfills,
incorporating landfill planning, development, operation, closure and
aftercare. The guide was updated in March 2004 to include:
- provision for multiple liner designs
- the ability to ramp charges over time
- the ability to forecast annual waste quantity
- additional reporting tools.
