Text description of figure

There are two images of tyre stacking arrangements. The first shows a pile of tyres in a 'banded' arrangement. This involves stacking tyres together like rolls of lifesavers, and stacking these rolls horizontally to form a pyramid.

The second image shows a pile of tyres in a 'laced' arrangment. This involves stacking rows of tyres so that one end of the tyre is placed on the end of the previous tyre, creating a sawtooth shape. Each row's 'sawtooth' runs in the opposite direction to the previous row, so that the rows are interlaced. The pile is stacked within a container.
