Gross density: Average of 20 per hectare (ie, gross average density of 1:500m2, including roads and pocket parks)

Average lot size: Around 270m2 over the entire development

Range of lot sizes: 120m2 to 400m2, made up of:

  • rear loaded attached/terrace housing of 120m2 to 180m2 lots (approximately 35 percent)

  • predominately detached housing of 270m2 to 400m2 lots (approximately 65 percent)
