Medium-density Housing Case Studies

These three case studies provide an insight into how developers and councils undertook the design and consent process for three medium-density housing developments, and how the occupants perceive the developments. Together the case studies provide examples of building typologies from different urban centres.
The case studies were developed using an assessment methodology. The methodology provides a robust urban design rating system for medium-density housing developments.
