A bar graph compares the results of the validation analyses for each environmental variable modelled for the fish dataset. Validation results were expressed as the proportion of variability explained by the model / analysis method. Analytical methods shown were species trees, 10 and 20 level community group trees, ANOVA scaled F value and CCA.
