Text description of figure

Concentrations of equivalent effective stratospheric chlorine steadily rose from 0.74 ppb in 1969 to a peak of 1.93 ppb in 1997.  Since 1997 levels have been gradually declining to a level in 2006 of 1.7 ppb.
