This report was commissioned by the Board of Inquiry Te Mihi Geothermal Power Station Proposal, under section 42A of the Resource Management Act, and has been prepared by Maunsell Limited, Hamilton.
The report includes a review of plans and other statutory information related to the application, a review of the application and submissions, and identification of any issues. It also assesses the adequacy of information and whether further information should be sought. The report does not recommend a decision to the Board.
