Board of Inquiry Report on the proposed National Policy Statement for Renewable Electricity Generation

A board of inquiry was established in August 2008 to hear public submissions and report back to the Minister for the Environment with recommendations on the proposed National Policy Statement for Renewable Electricity Generation. The Board was chaired by Dunedin-based barrister Dr Royden Somerville, QC. The other Board members were Geraldine Baumann, Sir Wira Gardiner and Dr Ralph Chapman.
