If your monitoring shows that you’re not achieving your desired results in improving the urban environment – change whatever isn’t working.
If your monitoring shows that you need to take action, but you don’t have the resources – prioritise the things you can do now.

Helping create liveable urban environments is a process of constantly learning, revising, and communicating. Properly done, it involves the community, has measurable actions and outcomes, and is part of council’s ‘bigger picture’. Ultimately, it leads to urban environments that are great places to live, work, and play.
