Coordinate your strategy

Many units within council will be doing work that contributes to your strategy. Incorporate this work into your strategy where possible. You can:

set up project teams that include people from the relevant council units
coordinate all the works and services for the urban environment you’re working with
set up clear reporting mechanisms so that all the works are treated in an integrated way.
