Report of the Māori Reference Group: Advice to the Minister on amendments to the HSNO Act to better reflect the Treaty relationship between Māori and the Crown

In response to Cabinet direction [CAB Min (01) 34/16] this paper proposes options for amending the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (HSNO) Act 1996, and its related operations, “so that it more appropriately reflects the Treaty of Waitangi relationship”.
