This is a bar graph showing two trends. One trend shows annual expenditure on fuel and power by income decile. This trend is positive. As earnings increase expenditure on fuel and power increases.

The second trend shows the percentage of income spent on fuel and power by income decile. This trend is negative. As earnings increase the percentage of income spent on fuel and power decreases.
