This document is required by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It enables project owners under New Zealand's Projects to Reduce Emissions programme and the operators of the Te Apiti and Tararua wind farms to participate in the Joint Implementation mechanism.
This document replaces the previous version published in September 2008.
