National Wood Burner Performance Review: Phase 2

The Ministry for the Environment, partnered by Environment Canterbury and Nelson City Council, conducted a performance review of wood burners under the national environmental standards for air quality. This report details the results of Phase 2 of the review, in which 10 wood burners were purchased for testing of emissions and efficiency as well as a design verification test.
The Phase 2 report follows on from the Phase 1 report which was published in 2007.
