There are two graphs showing concentrations of TSP measured at Penrose from 1964 to 2000, and Mount Albert, from 1964 to 1996, in Auckland.
In Penrose, levels rose in the late 1960s but have gradually fallen since, with an average of about 50µg m-3 in the decade 1990 to 2000.
In Mount Albert, levels rose in the early 1970s, but decreased in the late 1970s and has remained steady since, with an average of about 30µg m-3
