Text description of figure

Figure 13.6 has two charts showing a comparison between PM10 concentrations measured using a BAM and a TEOM with a 40°C sample temperature at St Albans, Christchurch.

The first chart shows data from October to March 1999 (summer). Generally the TEOM readings are lower than the BAM readings with the difference becoming more notable as concentrations increase. There is no discernible pattern.

The second chart shows data from April to September 1999. The TEOM readings are considerably lower than the BAM readings showing a good correlation (R2=0.95).
