Towards a Triple Bottom Line: A report on our environmental, economic and social performance

March 2003
Media release: Triple Bottom Line Report released

This report is the Ministry for the Environment’s first attempt at reporting on our impacts on the environment, the economy and society - what has become know as “triple bottom line” reporting.

The report is split between an external focus on the effects of our policy advice, the tools and techniques we promote, and our education and information initiatives, and an internal focus on the environmental impacts of our offices, our dealings with staff, and the direct effects of the dollars we spend.

We welcome your feedback on this report. If you would like to provide feedback please use the feedback form.
