Our Culture
The Ministry undertook a climate survey in June 2003 (as reported in the Ministry for the Environment's 2002/03 Annual Report). The Ministry plans to conduct another climate survey in August 2004, to gauge any changes of the factors assessed. These factors include such categories as workload, strategy, direction and goals, teamwork, leadership/management, and training and development.
