Submission on 'Project Hayes' resource consent application

The Minister for the Environment has used his powers under the Resource Management Act to prepare an all-of-government submission on the Project Hayes wind farm proposal in Otago. The submission recognises the importance of renewable, low-carbon energy generation and security of supply, and covers wind energy potential.
