Evidence for hearing lodged with the special tribunal

The special tribunal hearing procedures state that any expert evidence is to be in writing and pre-circulated as follows:

  • by any party on any point seeking to change the status quo by 11 October 2005
  • all other expert evidence by 25 October 2005

Any evidence to be pre-circulated must be sent to Steve Merito (7 hard copies and also an electronic copy).

The Ministry will be sending hard copies to the Murchison Service Centre of the Tasman District Council and the Buller District Council, where they will be available for public viewing on request.
