Working with overseas operators

When working with overseas operators it is strongly recommended that tender documents emphasis health and safety issues and these issues are considered in the evaluation of tenders. Requests should be made to ensure that the overseas operators will be following good practice health and safety procedures. This is of particular importance for those mechanical and chemical processes that increase the risk of the worker being exposed to hazardous substances.
