Ministry for the Environment have a dedicated resource working with territorial authorities on implementing the Waste Minimisation Act 2008.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns on the Act please let us know. We are also keen to hear about any problem solving, best practice, or shared initiatives going in the field of waste in local government.
