The majority of people (65-80%) thought that the following were either a lot or a little true of kiwis:

• want community views to be heard
• see environmental issues linked to lifestyle choices
• care about global environmental issues
• are prepared to learn more about environmental issues
• will make personal changes for a better environment.

A minority of people thought the statements were not really true, and a few thought they were not at all true or didn’t know.
