Overall, the majority of people thought that the issues specified were a high priority (55-80% of respondents). The issues, in priority order, were:
- healthy streams, rivers and lakes
- reducing waste
- clean beaches and coastal water
- clean air
- managing toxic chemicals
- energy efficiency
- global warming
- healthy soils
- protecting biodiversity
- safety from pests and weeds.
