Please note that the list below reflects only those submissions formally received on the Post-2012 discussion paper. Between 11 December 2006 and 30 March 2007, the government consulted on several related energy and climate change documents. Where submissions to these other documents made points relevant to the Post-2012 discussion paper, those comments will be included in the analysis. As a result, the following list is not exhaustive of the submissions being considered by officials on the Post-2012 discussion paper.
