You will be an integral part of a large group of administrative professionals who work cohesively to ensure Ministry staff understand and consistently apply corporate processes. Your ability to adapt to changing and competing work demands is essential.
Working as part of the corporate business team you will be required to:
- manage, monitor and maintain timely flow of information within the Ministry and for the Ministers office
- provide accurate and timely financial management support
- organise domestic and international travel needs
- provide human resource administration support
- assist with any other administration support needs across the Ministry.
It is essential that applicants have:
- a good level of computer experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and some experience in Excel
- strong relationship and communication skills with the ability to relate to people on all levels
- the ability to prioritise and manage work flows
- a basic understanding of financial processes.
Position description
Salary range: $38,627 to $53,340
